Do you want to feel as though you have even more energy when you exercise? Are you listening to your body and thinking if only you had a bit more flexibility and precision your fitness would be awesome? Do you feel as though you are still reaching your potential?  Or are you worried about feeling sore with muscle and joint pain? Wanting to go to the next level and thwarted by your limitations?

Chiropractic care may be the critical ingredient in you reaching your fitness potential.

International Golfer Tiger Woods has been quoted saying, “having Chiropractic care is as important to my training as practicing my swing.”

Chiropractic emphasises diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine, under the belief that these disorders affect general health via the nervous system. The nervous system consists of cells, tissues, and organs that regulates the body’s responses to internal and external stimuli. In vertebrates it consists of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, ganglia, and parts of the receptor and effector organs.

In fitness and exercise potential Chiropractic care may assist with flexibility, muscle and joint integrity, hand eye co-ordination, stamina, endurance, nerve flow, balance, precision and recovery.

Regular Chiropractic care involves seeing your Chiropractor for a program to optimise your individual fitness goals and health potential. This program may consist of adjustments at an interval of weekly, fortnightly or monthly, exercise and home care advice, and supplementation where needed. Programs frequently reduce the incidence of injury and increase the rate at which fitness outcomes can be achieved.

What if summer is your season to look and feel fantastic? Then now is the time to book in and have one of our Chiropractors tailor a program to achieve this and even more.
